We source from small cooperatives in the Huila region, where elevation and shade-growing slow the cherry development and concentrate the sugars. Not because Colombia is on every menu — because these farms earn it.
Tasting Notes by Roast
- Medium: Milk chocolate, caramel, red apple. Balanced and deliberate.
- Dark: Dark cocoa, brown sugar, low acidity. For the person who wants their coffee to mean something before the sun comes up.
This coffee is for the one who wakes up before they have to.

Freshness Policy
Every bag is roasted within the last 14 days in small batches. Orders ship within 3 days of your purchase.
We will never ship out stale coffee. The Frontier demanded only the best, and so do we.
