Costa Rica banned low-quality robusta decades ago — by law, only arabica grows here. That kind of commitment to craft is something we recognize. We source from the Tarrazú region, where the altitude and cool nights slow the cherry and build the cup.
Tasting Notes by Roast
- Light: Bright citrus, honey, clean finish. Precise and structured — a cup that knows what it is.
- Medium: Brown sugar, mild stone fruit, smooth body. The most approachable in the Territory Series without sacrificing character.
- Dark: Dark caramel, walnut, low acidity. Rich and grounded — built for the long morning.

Freshness Policy
Every bag is roasted within the last 14 days in small batches. Orders ship within 3 days of your purchase.
We will never ship out stale coffee. The Frontier demanded only the best, and so do we.
