Coffee grew wild here before anyone thought to cultivate it. We source from smallholder farms in the Yirgacheffe region where processing methods — washed or natural — are chosen by the farmer, not the market. We follow their lead.
Tasting Notes by Roast
- Light: Jasmine, blueberry, lemon zest. Floral and bright — the most distinctive cup in the Territory Series.
- Medium: Dark berry, honey, mild citrus. The florals settle into something rounder and more approachable.
- Dark: Dark chocolate, dried fruit, earthy finish. The origin still shows through — it always does with Ethiopia.
This coffee is for the one who knows where things come from.

Freshness Policy
Every bag is roasted within the last 14 days in small batches. Orders ship within 3 days of your purchase.
We will never ship out stale coffee. The Frontier demanded only the best, and so do we.
